Team
We are an interdisciplinary team of researchers, policy professionals, and operators who came together around a shared conviction: that Europe's preparation for advanced AI systems is too important to leave to chance.
We combine backgrounds in mathematics, philosophy, economics, sociology, engineering, public administration, AI, and AI governance, and we have worked across think tanks, Member State governments, EU institutions, and leading universities before joining Arq.

Operations Associate
Build and run Arq's operational backbone across finance, HR, compliance, and IT. A broad generalist role at a Brussels-based AI think tank where you'll help shape the systems the organisation runs on.
