Marietta works on policy preparedness for transformative AI, with a focus on economic governance and international coordination. She has over a decade of applied economic policy experience, most recently at the UK Department for Business and Trade as a senior official leading international negotiations, strategy, and policy development.
Marietta is a Policy Fellow at the University of Cambridge Centre for Science and Policy, holds a PhD on international trade from LSE, and degrees in international economics from the Graduate Institute Geneva and SOAS.
