Mikheil supports Arq's day-to-day operations, covering onboarding, vendor management, internal tooling, and documentation. He administers Arq's SaaS stack, coordinates payroll, HR, and compliance workflows, and looks for ways to automate and simplify processes as the organisation scales.
Previously, Mikheil founded OpsMove, operations management software for moving companies, and worked as a Senior Consultant at MetricWave, helping small and mid-sized businesses use data and automation to run more efficiently. Earlier, he worked in business analysis and release management at Flutter Entertainment.
Mikheil holds an MS in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Administration from the American University in Bulgaria.
