Suzy leads Arq’s strategy and engagement to ensure that its research and policies deliver Arq’s core mission: to prepare Europe, its governance structures and society for advanced AI systems.
Most recently, Suzy led policy and external affairs for Anthropic in Europe, during a significant period of growth for the company. Beforehand, she spent over 15 years in the European Parliament advising MEPs and political groups on topics ranging from chips, cybersecurity, data protection, international data flows, and counter-terrorism agreements.
Suzy has a background in politics, law, and economics, and has also worked in crisis communications and political strategy.
